I'm a highly driven individual with a big heart who loves strategic communications and public relations. I've always been intrigued by branding, design and writing and am eager to use my strategic communication skills and creativity to bring future projects and campaigns to life. 

I was born and raised in Maryland and currently reside in Knoxville, TN, as I wrap up my master's program at UT's Tombras School of Advertising and Public Relations.

During my undergraduate years at UT, I became well-versed in communications and public relations. In my freshman year, I secured an on-air DJ job for my campus radio station. Later that year, I applied to be a campus tour guide. After my final fourth-round speech comparing campus buildings to sandwiches, I got the gig. The organization transformed my college career. Using communication, collaboration and critical thinking to bridge visitors and the university together gave me a fulfillment I hadn't yet known and ultimately led me to change my major from Agriculture to Public Relations. 

Through coursework and professional opportunities, I've developed my skills with content creation, analytics, social media and media relations through various tools like Google Analytics, Meltwater, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and Microsoft Office. 

No matter what room I'm in, I strive to make it better through positivity and hard work. Looking ahead, I'm eager to apply what I've learned through professional and academic experiences to the world of communications!

- I'm the youngest sibling of three

- I played 5 sports growing up (and made one three-pointer in my rec basketball career)
